Quick Zip Beta 10 Translation

I know it's Beta but why not provide translations for Beta testers?!

Please dont translate 5.00 it anymore, I have thrown away everything (from the base class, the new class is named DirectoryInfoExA) and started developing QuickZip 5.10, it was few month before, I did a lot of work since then.
