Zip File list empty, but it's not...

I'm making some backup on large Zip file, some things like 300Mo the file and more. When it's on the Harddrive, I can open and have the list of the files within. But If I put the file on a CD-Rom (W and RW), and open it from the CD-Rom the list is empty, but I can ask to unzip it.... /
It does that only on large file, but I don't know at which size it begins to bug...

If the file is very large, and you put it on cd, the file list may take longer to load.

Which version? I can fix errors on qzLite3 but not QuickZip 4.6 or before, I no longer have the the compiler/source code installed.
